We provide excellent service and treatment solutions for Produced water (PW) in line with KRG’s Health, Safety and Environment standards and regulations.

The Used system is our HYDROFLARE SYSTEM

The equipment has a mechanism aimed to evaporate the salty water -together with waste gas- that is being and to be extracted in oil fields that have recently started production.

Hydroflare system consists of two main parts: flare & evaporation and control container. The evaporation chimney has an external diameter of 2.5 meters and a height of 10.5 meters. It has an approximate weight of 20 tons. Being double layered, the chimney’s interbody in which the flare evaporates is completely made of stainless steel and 100-mm-insulating material made of ceramic fiber for thermal insulation purposes in between outer and inner layers

The salty water that flows to the chimney system is separated into two circle pipes: low-level and upper-level spraying. The atomizer nozzles- which are made of low and upper-level salty water spraying circle pipes; connected to SS flexible pipes, and made of stainless steel- make the evaporation possible by spraying pulverized water on the flame

The main water pump which helps reach the ideal water amount for evaporation to take place is controlled by frequency convectors. The water system and burner & flare parts are controlled by an automation system. The water system will halt in case of any problem or unexpected data indication. The critical data in this system are transferred to the main SCADA system and control the launch and halting of the operation. The equipment in the Hydroflare system consists of two parts.
